Another Mini Drugstore Haul

Hey girls!

I did a little shopping on Tuesday but I wasn't in the mood to post it or something, plus - it's almost the end of the week.

You know that everytime I go to the drugstore I buy something. It doesn't have to be a huge shopping, sometimes I don't even like the things they sell. 

I totally wanted to buy some new lipstick as well, but believe me or not - every single lipstick was used. I mean - you could see that is was opened more than one time. That's why I hate drugstores - people open the products that are for sale, the never use the testers to try out the product.

I got a mini eyeshadow palette from the brand Paris Memories.  It was purchased on the same day when I had my little shopping though.

I really do love the colors, I haven't wore them yet but I tried them on the back of my hand and they are quite pigmented!

Do you know this brand? My mom has a foundation from this brand, she got it a long time ago. I don't even know if this brand is high-end or not.

Another things I got is a Color Tatto in Turqouise Forever. I'm not a huge fan of Color Tattos since they tend to crease, ehh. But when I saw this color I remembered that Bethany used the sam one in one of her new videos. It looked really pretty on her lower lashline! Do you like these Color Tatoo eyeshadows? They are good because they are waterproof which is great.

I've been using the same eyeliner for 3 or 4 years but now I got a new one from Essence called 2 in 1 Eyeliner Pen. It has a thick and a thin side for soft and dramatic cat eyes. I mostly wear only the dramatic version, I'm sure I'll use both sides though. 

I've been using a concealer a lot for the past two months so I decided to buy this one. At first I wanted to buy the Catrice Concealer palette but I knew that I wouldn't use the colorful concealers, so I got this one by Essence called Match to Cover Concealer. Do you own it? I think it works great and it wasn't pricey either.

Last but not least - I also bought my fifth Essence Kiss Love Care lipbalm. I personally love these, I think they are even better than the Baby Lips ones from Maybelline. They are super mousturizing, they smell and taste good, ahhh. Which one is your favorite?

Saturday Randomness by Ronnie ep 7 - The Most Favorite Beauty Brands!

Hello loves.

 It's been a while since I posted anything. I got home at 6pm on Tuesday, Wednesday was quite busy and I rather won't talk about Thursday & Friday. 

But we made it to another weekend, which means it's time for another episode of Saturday Randomness. In this episode I'll tell you something about the most favorite makeup brands of mine and I'll also tell you which product from their brand is my ultimate NO 1. 

I love makeup, obviously, I buy I lot of makeup and I also own some pieces from high-end brands. I'm not trying to show off or so. I'm not paid for this post and all opinions are mine and 100% honest. 

So let's go ahead and get started.

MAC

Everyone's love. I personally adore MAC products. They are an amazing quality, long lasting and they are so cool! I love the design of the goodies, especially the lipstick, haha (they remind me of tampons). Yes, MAC is a pricey brand, but you pay for the quality.

My favorites: Lipstick in Lovelorn and Eyeshadow in Top Knot

Urban Decay

Having the NAKED palette is a rule that cannot be broken. Especially if you're a beauty guru. Urban Decay itself isn't that awesome. I mean I like it, but if the NAKED edition didn't exist, the brand wouldn't be very famous. I almost forgot about the Primer Potion. This is another amazing thing.

My Favorites: NAKED 2 Palette and UD's Primer Potion

Yves Saint Laurent

Another amazing brand and amazing quality. Their lipsticks are moisturizing as lipbalms and they also taste good, haha! The only things I don't like about the products is, that sometimes you can't find the name of the shade of the product. The name is usually on the box. But why would you keep the box?

My Favorites: YSL Concealer and Lipstick in Silky Sensual #2

Maybelline

In my opinion, this is the best drugstore brand. They have good products as well as some bad ones. The quality is good so are the prices. However, there is one edition of products that I don't like - the Color Tattos. They look really cakey, even after using an eyeshadow base which makes me sad. 

My Favorites: The Rocket Mascara, Color Sensational Lipsticks

ELF

The cheapest brand I know! The quality is quite good and the package of blushes remind me of NARS blushes. They are super cute and pigmented. Their nail polishes are long lasting and the eyeshadow palettes are an amazing quality!

My Favorites: Blush&Bronzer Duo, Lipstick in Flirtatious

Another (Mini) Drugstore Haul, Late Birthday Presents & My New MAC Lipstick

Loves...

Since it was my birthday and I didn't give myself any present (haha) I decided to visit a local drugstore.

I didn't have the exact product that I want to buy, I only knew that I wanted to buy something. 

I got some amazing deals and I definitely want to share them with you. 

I also got some late birthday presents today and I didn't really want to mention these actually, but I fell in love with the necklace I got. It's from a friend of mine, we sit together all the time, we like to drink coffee together and have a chit-chat about fashion and newest trends so she knows my style very well. 

I almost forgot! I ordered a MAC lipstick a week ago and I finally got it in a mail today. It's in the shade Lovelorn, it's really moisturizing and feels amazing on my lips. 

but now on to the haul itself... 

So the first thing I got is the Rocket Mascara by Maybelline. I've been wanting this for a long time but I've heard some good things about it as well as some bad things. Well, screw that, I bought it anyways and I really cannot wait to try it out.

Another thing I got is a Color Tattoo by Maybelline as well. It's in the shade Pink Gold (gold? where?). I personally love Color Tattos but after a while they turn out to be cakey so I make sure to always use a primer.

The next thing I got is the Soft&Natural Makeup by Essence. I wanted to get my favorite Clear&Matt one but they didn't have it anymore so I bought this. It looks great on my skin and I don't need to wear a full coverage so this makeup is enough.

I love Miss Sporty nail polishes just because they look pretty on your nails for days. I bought this one in the shade 251. It's this beautiful brown color with some shimmers in it. And it's quite awesome but I apply only one coat.

Last but not least, this is the necklace I was talking about. It's gold, as you can tell and lately I've been loving any gold accessories. What do you think about it? This is definitely my style - edgy and vibrant!

Saturday Randomness by Ronnie ep 6 - The best movies... EVER

Happy Saturday! Fashion TV is not working, that makes me super angry! Since I have nothing to watch right now (grrrr) I thought I could share with you my ultimate favorite movies worth seeing.

I have a few movies that I like to watch over & over again and I never get bored. There are sad movies, comedies, horror movies etc.

I'm not a movie person though, I prefer TV shows. In case you recommend me a really good movie, you bet I'll watch it.

I don't have the exact number one movie that I love the most, I just can't choose any of them.

The Nanny Diaries

A college graduate goes to work as a nanny for a rich New York family. Ensconced in their home, she has to juggle their dysfunction, a new romance, and the spoiled brat in her charge. More here

I loved this movie because we are able to see a relationship between a pampered little boy and an ordinary girl who doesn't even know what she wants. The boy's mother only cares about her appearence and doesn't notice that her little boy wants his mommy no matter what. 

Dear John

A romantic drama about a soldier who falls for a conservative college student while he's home on leave. More here

A girl, a boy... and a relationship... again. He must leave, she stays & they write letters to each other. You definitely need to see this.

A Walk to Remember

The story of two North Carolina teens, Landon Carter and Jamie Sullivan, who are thrown together after Landon gets into trouble and is made to do community service. More here

This is literally the sadded movie I've ever seen. I won't tell you why the whole story is so sad (you'll find out almost in the end) but I'm telling you - you will cry... a lot!

Monte Carlo

Three young women vacationing in Paris find themselves whisked away to Monte Carlo after one of the girls is mistaken for a British heiress. More here

If you love funny movies with Selena in it, you'll love this movie to death. It has some funny scenes but also some romantic ones and plus - you can also see the amazing Leighton (I'm a huge fan of hers). And by the way, that evil Selena is a bitch, haha!

Jennifer's Body

A newly possessed cheerleader turns into a killer who specializes in offing her male classmates. Can her best friend put an end to the horror? More here

I'm a huge fan of Amanda so that's why I actually watched this movie & I loved it! Megan is also such an amazing actress... and that's all I have to say.

Other movies that I really liked:

You asked & I answered! - I'm a graphic designer

Evening everyone! I've been getting a lot of questions about the graphic pics I make & the whole graphic thingy itself.

Well, I wanted this post to be my Saturday Randomness episode but I don't know if I'm able to actually post anything.

Now on to the point. First of all, let's talk about how I started the whole thing.

I don't remember when it started but I know that back then I run a website about The Twilight Saga (ehhh, awkward). Then  somehow found out about Photoshop so I decided to download it since I wanted to try it out. I remember how awkward my first edits were and I totally was like - look, these are my edits, aren't they amazing?! No way, they were ugly but everyone needs to start somehow.

When I learned how to work with the software, I bought it. The full version is kinda different from the portable one. Of course you can crack the downloaded software and use it as a full version - but believe me, it's worth buying!

Then I started to use more and more softwares like Sony Vegas, Adobe Elements along with Photoshop, and sometimes I use even the Adobe Illustrator.

After learning how to actually work with these things I started to make designs for websites and banners and headers for pages with more than 500.000 likes.

Every single picture takes me more than 2 hours to get it done. Next to every picture you'll see how much it took me to finish it.

I'm still learning new and new things but I've been doing the whole thing for 4 years now. I'm also used as a graphic designer in my school.

April Favorites & Happy Birthday!

Hey all! I've been busy (and lazy) so I couldn't post anything and I'm sorry about it.

April is gone, May is here (along with my birthday) and that means it's time for April favorites!

So we have 5 categories: beauty, nails, perfume, accessory and my favorite song of the month. I love using these products, they are perfect for me and I definitely recommend them.

Beauty

Eye Makeup Removers by UNI

I always have some issues with removing my eye makeup because when I wake up I always have under eye circles because of my mascara although I tried to remove it completely. Since I've been using these removing 'tampons' I don't have that problem anymore. Plus, they contains green tea. 

Professional Primer by L'Oréal 

Spring is here and it feels like summer to me already. My skin gets oily so easily so I need to use a primer under my makeup. This goodie was quite pricey which is weird since it's a drugstore brand. Anyways, I love it and it's great if you have oily skin. 

Clear & Matt Makeup by Essence

This makeup was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Of course I needed to get it and I've been using this for 2-3 months now. It's a medium coverage, stays matte for a long time but you have to touch it up with a powder of course.

Lipstick by ELF in 'Flirtatious'

I think you've heard a lot about this lipstick since it has been my favorite for a long time. The lipstick is quite pigmented (yes! dramatic), it always matches with my outfit no matter what I wear so I don't have to think about which lipstick to throw in my purse.

NAKED 2 by Urban Decay

This things is a must-have for every single beauty guru out there! Yes, it is pricey but it's worth it! I've been using this palette a lot and I can make so many makeup looks with it! The most used eyeshadow is probably Foxy and Snakebite. 

Nails

To Buy or Not to Buy by ESSIE

I love this nail polish to death! The only disadvantage is, that I need to use 3 layers to get the full coverage. Nevermind, I don't really care about it as long as the color is pretty. 

Accessory

A ring from Bijou Brigitte

I loooove edgy and vintage rings! I got this one from my mom like a whatever little present & I loved it! I told her that she finally got something that I feel in love with.

Perfume

Luscious Kisses by Victoria's Secret

I used to hate sweet scents but this one is amazing! It smells like vanilla mixed with summer, haha! I'm bad at describing scents, sorry! You should definitely try it out if you're a girly girl like myself.
