February Favorites!

Hello!
I hope you're enjoying the spring break! I definitely am!

I can't believe that February is almost gone! That means it's time to share with you my favorite goodies I've been using the most lately!

The lighting in my livingroom was super good (yes,I actually decided to shoot in my livingroom today, haha), since the weather was sunny today, yay! I totally recommend every single product I'm about to show you. Let me know if you've already tried any of these products!

When it comes to foundations, I always used to use only one, I never mixed two together. But when I got the Maybelline Fit Me foundation, I found out that it's not good for oily skin.
I wanted to use it anyways but I didn't want to look like a discoball, so I tried to mix it together with Catrice's Infinite Matt foundation. That combo is absolutely amazing and my skin is not oily at all!

I'm a huge fan of vintage pink shades and I've been sing this palette every single day! The quality of the shadows is totally different from the ones you buy in drugstores!
This palette was a limited edition, but if you still can get your hands on it, make sure to purchase it, it's definitely worth it!

This month I went for nude lips! These two look great together. The left one is from Maybelline in the shade Shimmery Pink and the right one is by Yves Saint Laurent in the shade #2. Both are moisturizing and smell yummy!

Last month I was all crazy about Astor's Big Boom mascara, and this month I was all crazy about the Rocket from Maybelline! To be honest, I only purchased it because everyone owned it, but I found out that it's a really good mascara, actually.

Next, I want to share with you this amazing mousse blush from Catrice! It looks really natural and is longlasting!
Unfotunately, this is a limited edition as well, so you probably won't be able to purchase it.

When it comes to random favorites, you need to check this game called Angry Gran Run! I absolutely love it, haha!

The most favorite songs of mine at the moment are - Lily Allen's Hard Out Here, James Blunt's Bonfire Heart and Lorde's Team!

Make sure to share with me your favorites as well!
Enjoy the spring break!

DIY Gold & Silver Bow Necklace

Howdieee! It's time for another DIY, yay!

Remember my bow ring? Well, it's broken... That sucks, because I really liked that one!
Of course, I had to came up with something, I couldn't just get rid of it, right? I was searching for some inspiration, when it came to me... I've been wanting to get a bow necklace for months, I just couldn't find the right one. So why not make one?

The only problem was, that I didn't have a gold necklace base (the ring is...was gold) but then I found a silver one.
I searched for pictures of gold&silver jewelry and I actually fell in love with it! Then I found this picture, and decided to recreate it.

What's in my Clutch?

Howdie!

I've done a What's in my Purse post a while ago, and today I want to share with you guys my ultimate clutch essentials!
Please note, that I only carry my clutches when I go to an event, not on everyday basis.

I absolutely adore the clutch I tend to carry with me! It's edgy, yet still girly!

When it comes to clutches, the worst things about them is, that you can only carry some must-haves items with you!
If your clutch is big enough, you can carry some extra goodies.

To be honest, everyone hates the detailing on the top! In my opinion, that detailing is the most eye-catching part on the purse, I just love it.
You can open the clutch by pushing this part.

These are the goodies I cannot leave the house without -  a lipstick and a lipbalm! Especially when it's windy outside, you can always use a moisturizing lipbalm.

Another thingy that is a must-have for me is a powder! My skin is unfortunately quite oily, so throught out the day I need to do some touch-ups.
And it's a great feeling when you know that you smell yummy, right? Make sure to carry a baby perfume on your clutch as well.

I love this phone case just because I can use it as a wallet as well! Here I tend to keep some money, my ID or gift cards!
And plus - it's super vintage!

Optional goodies - tissues and a hand cream! Trust me, you can always use some tissues!

Well, so these are my ultimate essentials, make sure to tell me about yours!

Jewelry everywhere...

Hey there!
After I posted my V-Day DIY, I received some tweets saying that you want to see what jewelry pieces I keep on my holder!

I only keep on there a few of my favorite pieces, actually! I used to keep there every single jewelry piece of mine, haha!

If you don't like wearing jewelry, you should definitely start wearing it! It spices up the whole outfit! Always remember, that an outfit without any jewelry is like an eyelook with no mascara!

I also added some fairy lights, again! Try to imagine how my room looks like, haha! It's actually full of fairy lights (you know how obsessed I am!)

By the way, I'm thinking about doing a room tour for you, guys! Would you like that? Let me know!

Most of my jewelry consists of vintage pieces! How surprising...

I always look for big vintage rings and statement necklaces (and Peter Pan Collars, yay) - they are super stylish these days! I can never leave the house without them!

What about you? Do you have any jewelry piece you can't leave the house without?

I hope this post was inspiring for you.

V-Day OOTD #3: Happy Valentine's Day, bitches!

Howdie!
I'm soooo sorry for not posting anything for the past two days! Well, I've been sick.

If you still haven't decided what to wear and you're just getting ready for the night out, here's the last inspiration!

Please, excuse my weird poses, I know - super awkward! I wasn't gonna upload this, but I still wanted to post the last outfit!

I'm also wearing the heels from my first outfit, but you can throw on some tights and go for some booties, since right now it's quite cold outside.

How does my Valentine's Day look like?

Strawberries, yay!

Enjoy your Valentine's day, whether you're staying in or going out!

V-Day OOTD #2: Just like Red lips.

Hello lovelies, happy Monday!

Today's outfit just screams Valentine's Day. You don't need to wear anything special, but you'll still look chic!

The leather skirt is optional, also feel free to play around with colors.

This outfit is great for a romantic dinner or a night out with your boyfriend!

For that cute look, go for a hair bow.

I know that this time all of the pics are bad, damn!
Well, see you next time.

V-Day OOTD #1: Oh yes... classy, again.

Hello birdies! As I promised, I'm here with a first outfit inspiration for Valentine's Day.

This look is for vintage girls, as you can tell. It's classy, but trendy at the same time! Peter Pans look great with flowy dresses!

I also went for my edgy Alexander McQueen look-a-like clutch that spices up the whole look, and my silver heels.

If this outfit isn't your cup of tea, make sure to come back tomorrow for another inspiration!

Super Easy Valentine's Day DIY!

Hey there!
Valentine's Day is right around the corner, right? I wasn't gonna decorate my room for V-Day, but then I thought - why not?
I wanted to come up with something easy and cute!

My mom bought me the Eva Magazine (available only in Slovakia) and it also came with a nice decor, which I'm gonna be using to achieve today's DIY.

Also, I got into this whole V-Day spirit, so I decided to do a V-Day outfit posts every day!
There will be one outfit idea every single day, and I'll try to inspire all of you, so I hope that your style is the one that will be included.

But now get your tools, and let's decorate your room!

Today I want to share with you a makeup look for Valentine's Day. It's great for a romantic dinner, movie night with your friends, etc.
I also wanted to add a pop of color (you don't have to do the same thing) to make it a little bit more special.
It's super easy, and looks great on everyone.

I also want to do a post with 3 V-Day outfits, so stay tuned!

Review: L'Oreal Skin 3in1 Purifying Perfection Micellar Solution

Hello lovelies! It's been a week, huh? But weekend's finally here and we can enjoy it as much as we can!
Today I'm coming with a review of L'Oreal Micellar Solution.
What exactly is a micellar water? Micellar water is a light, yet effective cleansing and makeup removal. It quickly removes your makeup and it's also chemical-free.

Product Information:
- used by makeup artists
- gentle as water on your skin but acting like a makeup remover
- the micellar solution acts like a purifying magnet
- your skin will feel toned
- hold over lashes, lids and lips and sweep away
- no need to rinse
- no alcohol
- dermatologically tested

My Opinion:
This product works pretty good! It swipes away my makeup, and cleans my skin.
However, unfortunately I purchased the version for dry skin (my skin is oily/combo)!

I also did some research and I found out, that many people don't really like this product! They say it's good, but nothing special.

I had to use 5 cotton pads to remove my face makeup. The 6th one was finally clean.
Then I use 1 cotton pad for each eye. I usually hold it there for a few seconds and then I swipe it off. Of course, I'm left with some mascara under my eye - then I fold the same cotton round over and remove it.

It doesn't irritate my eyes, which is amazing. However, I've heard it doesn't remove waterproof mascara. I can't tell you, whether it's true or not, since I don't use a waterproof mascara. I don't use this cleanser for my lips.

I must say, that my skin feels softer! But - when I wake up, my skin is quite oily, especially on my T-zone.
Before applying my makeup, I clean my face with this and then I apply my makeup. During the day I need to do only one touch up, since my skin it's oily that much.

In the past (before purchasing this product), I have used "L'Oreal's Gentle Makeup Remover", which was for oily/acne skin. I used only one bottle, since that remover often burned my skin.

Down/Up sides?
+ doesn't contain alcohol
+ your skin feels fresh and clean
+ as you can tell, I purchased the version for dry skin but I don't really mind, since it's good for my oily skin as well
+ inexpensive
+ also great for eyes and lips

- doesn't remove waterproof mascara
- you need to be careful when you're pouring it onto your cotton pad, since the hole on the bottle is quite big and you can also over pour your pad which means you're wasting your product
- although it removes (almost) your all of your makeup, make sure to double cleanse your face using your normal cleanser

Well...?
I definitely recommend trying out this product! It might not be the best, but it's worth trying out, since it's really inexpensive and the product is "new" on the market.

If you own this product, let me know what you think about it!
